Registration
Open Registration this year is going to be held on September 15, 2009 at the Holden Senior Center
from 6 - 8 pm. All ages and new or returning girls are welcome.
Caroling
Girl Scouts in Holden welcome the arrival of Santa with song at the town tree lighting. This year the tree lighting on December 5, 2009.
Mother/Daughter Event
The Mother/Daughter Event is held in January. In the past we have watched a magic show and made jewlery with Tatnuck Bead.Father/Daughter Dance
All ages of Girl Scouts and their father's enjoy the Father/Daughter dance in March. There's lots of fun and dancing.
Encampment
Encampment is a town-wde event where the Girl Scouts go to camp together. Younger girls go for the day while the older girls stay over night. Girls participate in many activities like tie-dying, gimp, singing songs, playing games, hiking, and CAMPING!Memorial Day Parade
The Girl Scouts honor our veterans by marching and singing patriotic songs during the town Memorial Day celebration.
Summer Pool Party
Although most troops don't meet in the summer, we get together at the Holden Pool for our annual pool party. Its nice to see our friends and catch up.
